In India’s State of Gujarat, BJP forms government today in Gandhinagar, Vijay Rupani is sworn in as the chief minister for second term

In India’s state of Gujarat, Bhartiya Janata Party formed its government today in Gandhinagar, Vijay Rupani was sworn in as the chief minister of the state for the second consecutive term today, Along with him, 19 other ministers including Deputy CM Nitin Patel, eight Cabinet ministers and ten Ministers of State also took oath of office.

Reportedly OP Kohli administered the oath of office and secrecy to them at the Sachivalay Ground in Gandhinagar, media news report said.

According to media news report, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP National president Amit Shah, Union Ministers Nitin Gadkari, Rajnath Singh and Chief Ministers of various BJP and NDA ruled states also attended the ceremony.

Reportedly Ishwarbhai Parmar is the new face in the cabinet and while three-time MLA from Bhavnagar east, Smt Vibhavariben Dave is the only women in the Rupani  government, said media news report.
